Noosa Council has recently engaged Shaun to work alongside staff to revise its Noosa Design Principles. The Noosa Design Principles have been in use since the mid 1980’s and have been instrumental in guiding the remarkable look and feel of new projects and developments in Noosa, maintaining its remarkable natural character. The revision is focusing on providing more practical guidance to development layouts, as well as including new content on equity of access, climate change as well as successful long term maintenance.
